3. Eligibility

Conversion rates
Advertising approval by Facebook/Instagram
Business profitability
Marketing results depend on numerous external factors beyond our control.
All examples, case studies, and testimonials are illustrative and do not guarantee similar results.
7. Payment Terms (For Clients)
If you engage us for paid services:
Fees are outlined in your Service Agreement
Payments are due as specified in your invoice
Late payments may result in service suspension
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta) is non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content created by Lead Flow Marketing LLC — including funnels, ad copy, automation workflows, branding materials, and strategies — remains the intellectual property of Leadflow Marketing LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not:
Copy
Resell
Reverse engineer
Redistribute
Without written permission.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to:
Meta Ads
HighLevel
Stripe
We are not responsible for:
Platform outages
Account suspensions
Policy changes
Data loss caused by third-party services
Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.
10. Data & Privacy
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

IP address
Advertising interaction data
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your violation of laws or platform rules
